As a Healthcare Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations — the person patients and referral partners count on to make sure care arrives accurately, on time, and without friction. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for monthly order fulfillment, working across insurance verification, patient communication, and documentation to keep everything running seamlessly. Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position based in a professional office environment. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours availability as required. This role is primarily sedentary, involving regular computer and telephone use, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting of up to 10 pounds.
Our office is located at 685 Citadel Drive East, Suite #530, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
