Fox Lexus of El Paso is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Service Greeter to join our team. In this role, you’ll welcome customers, keep the service drive organized, and help ensure every guest has a smooth and positive experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking to grow with a company long-term.

No dealership experience required — we will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Greet all customers entering the service drive with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer questions and guide customers to the right team member or area 
• Manage service drive traffic flow and parking 
• Confirm appointments and collect vehicle/customer information 
• Assist service porters and support daily operations 
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive 
• Follow dealership standards for vehicle care and handling 
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally 
• Indoor service drive with occasional outdoor exposure
