What You’ll Do

The Deposit Operations Representative will perform multiple entry level functions and transactions in General Processing. Areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to check deposit processing, account maintenance, and reconcilement of official checks. Receiving, processing and delegation of mail as received.

Core Contributions

  • Process various account transactions which can include but not limited to posting payments, certificates of deposits, IRA deposits, decedent accounts, account inquiries, statement requests, and check copies, etc.
  • Receive and review incoming mail for processing.
  • Fulfill member requests submitted through Member Connect.
  • Respond to inquiries from branches, members, and internal departments for deposit related products and services in compliance with the general processing policies and procedures.
  • Secure and maintain confidential member information.
  • Prioritize workload to manage high priority cases.
  • Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.

Assets You Will Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of prior Teller and/or back-office payment processing strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with Fiserv DNA is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Skills: Check Handling, Computer Literacy, Collaborative, Accountability, Written & Verbal Communication.

The estimated salary for this role is $19.80 to $23.26 per hour.
