We’re hiring Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and install household appliances in customers’ homes. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in a mechanical or technical field who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service. Starting pay: $28.00/hour (depending on experience)
Training: Comprehensive hands-on training through an Offsite Training Academy
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair household appliances
Install new appliances according to the manufacturer's specifications
Deliver professional, courteous service to customers
Accurately record service calls and parts used
Maintain the company-provided van and equipment
Follow all safety policies and procedures
All new hires complete an Offsite Training Academy, which offers hands-on learning and certification.
$2,000 bonus after 6 months of employment
An additional $2,000 bonus after 1 year
(Completion of training required for eligibility.)
Mechanical aptitude and experience, along with problem-solving ability
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Appliance repair experience a plus (but not required)
Competitive pay starting at $28/hr
