The Porter/Forklift position at RV Country is responsible for safely moving RV units on the property. This position requires a high level of responsibility and attentiveness to safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move and stage RV inventory
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sales lot
• Wash, clean, and detail RVs for customer delivery
• Assist with general lot maintenance and upkeep
• Ensure units are presentation-ready for sales and delivery
• Perform basic inspections of units for cleanliness and damage
• Support setup and movement of RVs for events and displays
• Work with sales and service teams to prepare units efficiently

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
• RV, automotive, or equipment experience is a plus but not required

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Previous forklift experience required 
• High school diploma required
• Forklift certification preferred
