Job Description

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to store leadership. This role ensures efficient daily operations by coordinating schedules, managing communications, maintaining records, and supporting hiring and onboarding processes while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
  • Provide direct administrative support to Store Director and leadership team
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports in accordance with company standards
  • Coordinate store communications, memos, and postings
  • Manage office supplies, invoices, and basic accounting tasks
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Assist with associate scheduling and timekeeping processes
  • Support coordination of meetings, interviews, and store events
  • Track attendance, payroll inputs, and labor reporting as needed
Hiring & Onboarding Support
  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting roles and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring completion of required documentation
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies
Customer & Associate Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for associate questions and basic HR-related inquiries
  • Provide professional and timely communication with vendors and partners
  • Support a positive, organized, and efficient store environment
Compliance & Accuracy
  • Ensure all administrative processes align with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information
  • Support audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or retail support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
  • Primarily office-based with occasional movement throughout the store
  • Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment

Pay Transparency:


Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).  Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans. Applications are accepted on an on-going basis.

*For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
