How you’ll contribute  

As the Receptionist you will excel in this role by: 

  • Greet patients and visitors while providing professional and compassionate customer service.
  • Answer, direct, and manage incoming phone calls and messages from patients, providers, and staff.
  • Complete all aspects of the patient check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
  • Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information and collect copays or outstanding balances.
  • Schedule appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits while coordinating required records and documentation.
  • Monitor front office tasks, maintain organized patient records, and support daily administrative operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office environment and support overall clinic operations through teamwork and compliance with office policies.

What we’re looking for  
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous medical front office or healthcare administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and medical office procedures preferred.
  • Experience using EMR/EHR systems and general computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.

     

Schedule: Full Time, Days.  Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm.
