- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Problem-solving skills
