POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY Responsible for processing of payroll for hotels utilizing Vantage Time (timekeeping system.) All payroll processing activities culminate in biweekly payroll disbursements.   MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES 1. Daily Tasks a. Maintain Exception Spreadsheet for retro payment, benefit time off, and etc. b. Analyze issues to determine if manual fundings for payroll issues and state mandated payout for terms needed or other actions needed c. Monitor payroll fax/email box 2. Bi-Weekly Tasks a. Balance and enter exceptions into Vantage b. Compare Vantage Time batch total to Vantage upload total, resolve discrepancies and enter correct site batch total into Vantage. c. Generate and review predefined AUDIT reports prior to payroll transmission. d. Address and resolve payroll issues with Property Manager. 3. Answer employee questions and troubleshooting issues with management at sites a. Investigate underpayments and overpayments b. Assist property managers with investigation of over/under adjustment generated from Budget Department's biweekly "Labor Report" c. Assist property managers with Vantage issues d. Resolution of inquiries related to vacation and sick balances   OTHER DUTIES * Other duties as assigned   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES 1. Verbal and written English skills and telephone etiquette 2. Competence needed to perform the job and specific to payroll duties listed above.   ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. 2. Less than 10% travel involved.Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Basic Math Skills

3. High School Diploma or equivalent   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Associates Degree in Accounting
