We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tortilla Operator to join our manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate tortilla production machinery efficiently and safely to meet daily production targets

- Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed

- Ensure the quality and consistency of tortillas by adhering to established standards and specifications

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

- Assist in the preparation and packaging of finished products

- Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred

- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
