  • Assisting with coordination of training events, workshops, or working groups by helping prepare materials, tracking attendance, and capturing participant feedback.

  • Helping maintain documentation repositories and collaboration spaces to ensure content is current, organized, and aligned with office standards.

  • Conducting basic data quality reviews to identify outdated content, missing metadata, inaccurate file naming, or duplicates within KM/DTT repositories.

  • Supporting routine office coordination tasks including task tracking, maintaining calendars or battle rhythm inputs, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and updating shared tools.

  • Assisting with research and comparison of new collaboration tools, technologies, or KM best practices that may support digital transformation efforts.

  • Participating in KM and DTT Communities of Interest, working groups, or engagement sessions to help gather insights and share resources.

  • Supporting process improvement initiatives by helping document observations, drafting simple SOPs, and contributing to process standardization efforts.
