Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating, structuring, and managing equity investment opportunities, both direct investments (investing directly into portfolio companies) and investments in private equity, real estate and private credit funds.
  • Assist with portfolio management and portfolio analytics, including help in implementing AI.
  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Attending a full-time matriculated and nationally accredited bachelor program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, Data or business Analytics, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding.

Benefits

Pay rates for this position begin at $22/hour and increase for each undergraduate year completed. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
