Job Description: 

We are looking for a tech-savvy, motivated IT Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep our systems running smoothly while learning the ropes of enterprise technology. You won’t just be "fixing printers"—you'll be integral to deploying hardware, managing networks, and supporting our team’s digital workspace.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in hands-on training with hardware, software, and cloud technologies.? 
  • Attend meetings to observe solution development processes. 
  • Support innovative technology initiatives and problem-solving efforts. 
  • Learn the fundamentals of customer engagement, and training support.? 
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and software. 
  • Help perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches. 
  • Monitor our internal ticketing system to provide timely support to staff for basic technical issues. 
  • Assist the IT team in monitoring network performance and basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues. 
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software licenses; create "how-to" guides for common user issues 

Requirements

Preferred Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
