Job Description
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities. You will provide direct therapeutic care, document patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current state certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of employment – Facility Paid
- CPR certification within 90 days of employment – Facility Paid
- Full-time employment (Monday-Friday)
