Position Summary:
A Creemee Stand Employee provides fast, friendly service while preparing and serving soft-serve ice cream (“creemees”) and other menu items. This role involves customer interaction, food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming stand.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and process payments (cash/card)
• Prepare and serve creemees (cones, cups, sundaes, shakes, etc.)
• Operate soft-serve machines and other equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, machines, and outdoor areas
• Restock supplies (cones, toppings, napkins, mix)
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle busy periods efficiently while staying friendly and accurate

Customer Service Duties

• Greet customers and answer questions about flavors/menu
• Handle special requests and resolve minor issues politely
• Create a positive, welcoming experience (especially important in small towns)

• No experience required (training usually provided)

Working Conditions
