Job Title: AI Summer Lab Intern
Department: Development
Reporting to: Project Sponsor
Location: Baltimore, MD (In-Office, Tuesday – Thursday)
Hours of work: Tuesday through Thursday, 8 hours per day (24 hours per week). Program runs June 22 – August 14, 2026. This position is non-exempt.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Overview:
The InVita AI Summer Lab Intern will join one of two project pods — Infrastructure & Data or Product & Engagement — for an intensive 8-week program. Working alongside a small team and guided by a dedicated project sponsor, interns will apply agentic AI tools and frameworks to real, high-value internal challenges. The program is designed for self-starters who are curious about how AI is reshaping software development and healthcare technology.
Essential Functions:
Agentic Prototyping: Design, build, and iterate on AI-powered tools and workflows using platforms such as Claude Code and MCP, guided by your pod’s project brief.
