Job Summary: Carries out the day-to-day duties in the Intravenous Admixture Department as supervised by the IV Admixture Coordinator, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Tech Supervisor, or Pharmacy Director/Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Ability to type and work assigned shifts.
• Ability to use Pharmacy computer system after acceptable training period.
