We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Engineer Intern to join our team. The potential input: stream of camera image and/or proto based runtime module output (object and lane detection, predictions, planning decision, control command)
The potential output: labels of driving events, like lane change, merge, hard brake
hopefully, the labels would help in model training and evaluation, and offline data analysis and metric
- Multi-Modal Feature Fusion: Develop a pipeline to ingest and synchronize disparate data streams, including raw camera frames and structured proto modules (Perception, Planning, Control).
- Event Classifier Development: Design and train temporal models (e.g., Video Transformers, LSTMs, or 1D-CNNs) to recognize and categorize discrete driving behaviors.
- Experience with temporal data (Time-series analysis or Video Understanding).
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and PyArrow/Parquet for handling large-scale protobuf data.
- Strong foundation in classification and supervised learning.
- Experience with distributed processing (e.g., Spark or Ray).
