Job Description
As a Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist at CentraCare, you will support the laboratory team by creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients by performing essential pre- and post-testing tasks—including phlebotomy—to ensure accurate, timely patient care for patients of all ages. Engages with patients, families, and team members using Family Centered Care principles while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
