Westgate Resorts is hiring Vacation Specialists to join our fast‑paced VOA Customer Service team. This role offers paid training, performance incentives, and long‑term career growth with one of the nation’s largest hospitality companies.

Earn $16.00/Hour During Training

Training Details

  • Training Duration: 5 Weeks Total
    (3 Weeks Classroom Training + 2 Weeks Nesting)
  • Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Location: Onsite in Ocoee, FL

Work Schedule After Training:

  • Monday - Friday : 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
    (2 Weeks Classroom Training + 1 Week Nesting)
  • Location: Fully remote

Shift differentials apply, including 10% evening and $0.50 language differential.

As a Vacation Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for Vacation Traveler Package owners. You’ll assist with reservations, upgrades, travel protection, and account resolution while delivering a positive, professional guest experience on every interaction.

This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, hospitality, call center, or sales experience who thrive in a metrics‑driven environment and enjoy helping guests plan memorable vacations.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle mostly outbound and some inbound calls with Vacation Traveler Package owners
  • Assist guests with booking reservations, upgrades, and travel protection
  • Address delinquent balances while following Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) standards
  • Work with trial owners to ensure satisfaction and reduce cancellations
  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality standards
  • Accurately document interactions using multiple internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with additional duties as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months–1 year of customer service experience required
    • Call center, hospitality, sales, or timeshare experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
  • Comfortable handling objections and sensitive conversations professionally
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (additional pay available)
    • Portuguese language skills are also a plus
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
