Hop into the driver’s seat as a Forklift Operator and become the powerhouse of the warehouse! You’ll be loading and unloading trailers and picking items with precision using box clamps, single and double forks, and standard sit-down forklifts—handling machines bigger than your average 5K lift, so your experience really matters. This role is perfect for someone who’s dependable, can take the lead with minimal direction, rolls with changes on the fly, loves the details, and thrives when the pace heats up. Reporting directly to the site supervisor, you’ll be a full-time, hands-on mover and shaker, jumping between multiple locations to keep operations and trailer flow running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full time, non-exempt, hourly position. 

  • Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 
  • Starting Pay $19.00 hourly  
  • Receive weekly pay 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Operate 5K Forklift with Forks 
  • Utilize Single-Double Forks 
  • Load and unload trailers 
  • Operate Stand Up Forklift 
  • Pick loads 
  • Complete Rack Put-away 
  • Receive and process shipments using RF Scanners 
  • Use proper handling instructions per product specifications 
  • Document product damages as they are identified
  • Operate Box Clamp 
  • Unload rail cars
  • General housekeeping duties in production areas 
  • Comply with and adhere to all safety policies and regulations 
  • Perform proper forklift inspections and adhere to all forklift operating guidelines and procedures

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • 1 year Warehouse Experience (preferred) 
  • 1 year Forklift (5k or higher) Experience Required 
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be able to walk, bend, lift, and sit throughout the duration of the shift
  • Must be flexible with working in multiple site locations 
  • Pre-hire Drug Screening Required
  • Background Screening Not Conducted
