The Sample Coordinator role will own end to end duties around the organization of the samples for Wholesale Sample Closets and Showrooms. She, He, they will assist as needed with sample processing, organization and sample closet maintenance.  They will personify highest standards around organization, and communication internally and externally. They will also help with samples for the NuOrder PDP process and tradeshows. They will also be responsible to help and assist when needed in any tasks required by manager. 
 

Ownership of the Wholesale Support, Closet and Showroom Samples: 
•    Maintain sample closet/ library and inventory through an organized system of checking in and checking out samples, with the goal of minimizing conflicting requests, discrepancies and sample usage and develop a system for sample maintenance 
•    Manage incoming and outgoing requests with attention to return dates
•    Partner with Manager to facilitate sample needs for Market Week, Road Reps and department requests
•    Create shipping labels upon request by Manager 
•    Clean, reorganize and restore samples so it’s in ready condition at all times
•    Manage sample life cycle from ordering process to archive/donation/sample sale. Assist manager with organizing and prepping donation and sample sale 
•    Support Manager for sample ordering and other internal/reporting systems
•    Support Manager with samples for Market/Showroom, Tradeshow, Nu Order 
•    Create communications letter with Manager to highlight achievements within Wholesale 
•    Partner with Manager to prep style guide for mannequins and showroom
