Our 92-unit apartment community in Long Branch, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining apartment homes and community standards at the highest level. This role partners closely with the onsite maintenance team to ensure service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns are completed efficiently while maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the community.
