THE JOB:
Join the excitement at MGM Springfield as a Surveillance Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes outstanding service for guests and employees alike. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a fair, safe, and secure atmosphere by upholding company policies, procedures, and relevant laws, creating accountability across the board.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Operate various closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology to monitor and review casino activities, archive audio and video evidence and monitor the system for malfunctions.
Proactively monitor all casino areas and personnel to promote accountability with policies and procedures, identify suspicious activity, and deter fraud and theft.
Proactively observe and review video then complete required documentation regarding specific incidents including but not limited to guest complaints, procedure errors, risk management issues, player evaluations, theft, and variances.
Identify trends and abnormalities by reviewing data through various software applications and investigating anomalies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has a high school diploma or GED
Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$22.00This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
