Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Incineration Manifest CoordinatorAs an Incineration Manifest Coordinator you will be responsible for reviewing incoming waste manifests for compliance and distributing appropriate manifest copies to designated personnel.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Develops and utilizes procedures and tracking systems for manifest discrepancies upon review
• Ensures incoming manifest completion is accurate and distributes manifest copies to appropriate locations
• Responds to customer questions or issues related to waste manifests
• Ensures manifest discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and are filed with the manifest
• Provides backup support for onsite EHS in the event of an absence as needed
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Education

- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in an office support role (required)
