Fairview, OR | $20–$22.25/hr + 10% Swing Shift Differential Full-Time | Non‑Exempt

🔧 What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Associate I, you’ll support the production of sanitary plate heat exchangers by performing a variety of hands‑on tasks, including:
  • Handling materials using overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
  • Operating industrial ovens and leak‑testing equipment
  • Applying rubber gaskets to new and customer plates
  • Performing visual quality inspections
  • Preparing plate packs and gaskets for shipment
  • Accurately counting and recording parts
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized
  • Participating in safety and process‑improvement activities
  • Completing tasks efficiently and following written instructions
  • Supporting other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math and reading comprehension

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
💪 Physical Requirements
  • Stand or walk for 8–10 hours
  • Bend, kneel, reach, twist, and handle tools regularly
  • Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs independently; 50–75 lbs with assistance
  • Work in environments with moderate noise, vibration, and seasonal temperature changes
  • Wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.)
  • Visually inspect parts and hear equipment alarms or instructions
💵 Compensation
  • $20.00–$22.25 per hour
  • 10% shift differential upon moving to Swing Shift
