PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Northland Family Care is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to work on-site in our Primary Care Clinic in the Northland area of Kansas Ctiy, MO.   

Responsibilities Include:

·         Perform patient check out duties including scheduling follow up appointments·         Enter patient recall information if applicable·         Answer phones and schedule appointments·         Confirm appointments for next business day·         Clerical duties as assigned·         Scanning·         Filing electronic documents·         Check in duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)·         Minimum one year recent experience working in healthcare as a Patient Services Representative (PSR) or similar role

Skills:

·         Customer Service/Patient Experience·         Computer Literacy·         Ability to operate general office equipment·         Ability to manage multi-line phone system

 

Abilities:

·         Ability to learn and retain information regarding procedures·         Ability to project a pleasant and professional image·         Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks·         Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others·         Work in team atmosphere
