The Decision Support team within the Director’s Office of the Department of Environmental Services (DES) is seeking a motivated Information Technology Intern to contribute to IT operations and end-user technology services across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting hardware and software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 applications, mobile devices, and shared workspace technology in a hybrid work environment. Working under the mentorship of experienced IT professionals, the intern will assist with technical support requests, equipment management, and system coordination efforts, helping ensure reliable, mission-ready technology and effective service delivery for staff at all levels.
