Job Description:

Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for filing and maintaining all invoices for Accounts Payable

• Ensures accuracy, completeness, and security of all documents

• Knowledge of Sage Software (Plus)

• Organizes the invoices and supporting documents received by the company

• Data Entry

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in working with group

• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft office

• Sage Mas 200 a PLUS

• Must be able to verbally communicate

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Works well under general supervision
