Excellent Total Compensation Package for Our Distribution Center Associates!

•  Pay $20.00 per hour + $1.25 shift differential
• Opportunities to earn $.50 - $3.00 extra through incentive pay
• Full-time positions available
• Pay increases at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years!
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with mandatory overtime

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

1.     Completes the daily PIT checklist to ensure equipment is working properly and reports any defects to management and/or maintenance.

2.     Operates PIT equipment in a safe manner.

3.     Achieves set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

4.     Ensures pallets are cleared from the docks as needed in order to provide adequate room for receiving.

5.     Ensures the Receiving Department is stocked with good empty pallets and their racks in order to maintain a consistent workflow.

6.     Ensures empty pallets, broken pallets and tier racks are removed from the docks and Bulk Non-Conveyable in order to maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

7.     Reports all broken pallets and damaged merchandise to the proper personnel concerning housekeeping, safety and quality standards.

8.     Works in other departments as needed.

9.     Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.

10.   Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment within the Forklift department.

11.   Follows all Company policies and procedures.

12.   All other duties as assigned.
