Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides to ornamental plants and trees


• Follow safety protocols and regulations in all spray applications


• Assist in the maintenance and care of landscaped areas


• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the team


• Maintain and clean equipment used for spraying


• Provide excellent customer service and communication


• Participate in training and development opportunities


• Work collaboratively with team members on various projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Strong interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety


• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians


• Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed


• Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus but not required
