Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3-year-old children. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning and age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities:·         Plan and implement daily lessons and activities for 3-year-old children·         Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment·         Encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, and hands-on activities·         Support children’s social and emotional growth·         Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization·         Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and behavior·         Observe and document developmental milestones·         Assist children with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, and nap time·         Follow all school policies and state childcare regulations

Qualifications:·         Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred·         Knowledge of early childhood development·         Strong communication and classroom management skills·         Patient, creative, and dependable personality·         CPR and First Aid certification preferred·         CDA, Early Childhood Education certification, or related education preferred·         Clean background
