RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to perform product dispositions, process improvements, monitor statistical process controls, and update specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve process problems by following documented procedures.
• Set-up and qualify semiconductor process equipment
• Review and respond to statistical process control charts.
• Coach, train, and assist factory operators in order to enhance productivity.
• Identify and address potential areas for improvement relating to safety, quality, output, and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred.
• 0-1+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with operations, equipment support, and engineering in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
• This factory position requires wearing cleanroom attire and protective equipment; Bending, twisting, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time during a 12 hour shift will be required.
