Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time
Location: Hanford Post Acute, Hanford, CA
Salary range: $17.25 -$19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. As a CNA, your primary responsibility is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. Your role is critical in promoting the comfort, safety, and well-being of the residents under your care.
Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and transporting residents safely
Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), weight, and food/fluid intake as instructed
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to the nurse supervisor
Maintain residents’ rooms in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
Assist with meal delivery and feeding; provide after-meal care
Help residents prepare for medical exams or therapies
Support restorative and rehabilitative care efforts
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely
Respect resident privacy and confidentiality at all times
High school education or completion of 10th grade minimum
Valid California CNA Certification (required)
CPR certification (preferred)
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math, reasoning, and documentation skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
Able to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift
Must be able to perform duties in a busy, sometimes emotionally stressful environment
May be required to assist in resident evacuation during emergencies
Skilled nursing facility setting with moderate noise levels
Exposure to infectious diseases and bodily fluids may occur
Team-oriented environment focused on resident well-being
Starting rate of $17.25/hour
