This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, learning new skills, and contributing to the success of daily shop operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with daily shop operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products using carts, forklifts, or manual labor.
Support the team by preparing materials and staging work areas.
Move and organize in-process materials throughout the facility.
Perform basic assembly, labeling, packaging, and shipping preparation tasks.
Help maintain a clean and safe workplace through sweeping, organizing tools, and removing scrap materials.
Receive, identify, and properly store incoming materials and inventory.
Follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a smooth workflow across all departments.
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a shop environment.
Experience with hand tools, forklifts, or shop equipment is beneficial.
Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
