Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as a Blocking Saw Operator at our Goshen, In. This is a position for people who enjoy the mental challenge of making a plan of action and executing it. Every day, our Blockers solve the 3-dimensional puzzle of how to efficiently cut our foam into usable parts while minimizing unnecessary scrap.

Key responsibilities will include:

Cutting down large foam buns into smaller blocks to be used in all other processes in our plant.
Drawing patterns and marking foam as directed.
Organizing cut materials in a neat and orderly fashion.
Lifting and moving materials with proper techniques.
Observing all safety rules and regulations.

An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. They must have an ability to interpret dimensions and perform quick math tasks, while focusing on safety. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations. This is considered “light” manufacturing and we will provide training. Must be able to read a tape measure and have good spatial awareness. Must like to problem-solve.
