INSIDE SALES (DISTRIBUTION) - On Site, Bartlett, IL Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Inside Sales – Distribution

Location: Bartlett, IL (On-site) 
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Commission up to $30,000 (Total OTE up to $80,000)

What You Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests; qualify and convert them into active opportunities
  • Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm so every lead always has a next step
  • Build, manage, and advance opportunities in SugarCRM with clean data and clear actions
  • Prepare quotes, pricing requests, and product recommendations that help win deals
  • Identifyupsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and applications
  • Execute consistent outbound outreach (phone, email, CRM tasks)
  • Close deals directly and take ownership of results
