Austin Industries has an outstanding opportunity for an IT Clerk - Junior Business Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The IT Clerk will support PMO initiatives by gathering and analyzing project data, documenting requirements, tracking project performance, and helping ensure projects follow established standards, timelines, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination, requirements documentation, reporting and analysis, process improvement, PMO governance support, and business systems support for platforms such as CMiC, HCSS, ACC, and Power Apps
  • Assist project managers and PMO stakeholders with status reporting, schedule updates, meeting documentation, risk and issue tracking, and analysis of project data to support decision-making
  • Support key business systems such as CMiC, HCSS, ACC, and Power Apps by helping maintain data accuracy, generating reports and dashboards, documenting workflows and requirements, assisting with user support and training, and coordinating with operational and technical teams to improve system adoption and process consistency
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 0 – 1 years of experience in administrative support
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Be an effective communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be able to work independently
