About the Role:Join Lasting Impressions Child Development Center as an Assistant Teacher, where you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds in a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and structured learning sessions.
• Support the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills in children.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among children.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or relevant coursework preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Background check clearance required.
• Positive attitude and patience in working with children.
