Job Description

This is not a "we'll get back to you eventually" posting. We have openings now and our next training class is starting soon.

$17 to $23/hr plus tips (base rate plus guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!)

You will sit in a state-of-the-art broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and interact with online players from around the world. Think customer service energy meets live TV hosting. We move fast because our studio runs 24/7 and we need great people now, not next month.

What You Will Do

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and announce results with confidence
• Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically every single shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before your first live shift

Shift Options

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) options
• Consistent schedule, same shift and days every week
• Weekend availability required

Who We Are Looking For

• Someone available to start within 1 to 2 weeks
• Reliable, professional, and ready to commit to a consistent schedule
• Customer service, receptionist, retail, cashier, or hospitality background welcome
• Comfortable being on camera and maintaining a polished presence
• Punctual, dependable, and takes the role seriously
• Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
• No casino or gaming experience required, we will train you

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Must complete a pre-employment background check
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
• Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
