Field RN Residency Program

Our RN residents will learn to assess patients, develop care plans and provide care for patients and/or their responsible care givers duiring this 12 month residency program. The resident will be under the tutelage of a mentor during this time. The nurse resident will attend the classes assigned by this program and demonstrate proficiency in the content. At the completion of the residency program, the job title will change to Field RN.

Position Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an NLN-Accredited nursing program with an Associate degree-Baccalaureate degree preferred
  • BLS Certification


Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.



This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
