$17 to $23/hr plus tips (base rate plus guaranteed tips, and customer tips are unlimited!!)

You will host live casino games on camera, deal cards, spin wheels, and engage with online players from around the world, all from inside our modern Southfield broadcast studio. No casino background needed. Our Evolution Academy pays you to train before you ever go live.

What You Will Do

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Enthusiastically introduce players, explain the rules, and announce winners
• Deal cards and spin the wheel with quick and accurate technique
• Engage players in friendly, professional conversation every shift
• Bring confidence and personality to every session on camera

Shift Options

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis
• Weekend availability required

Who We Are Looking For

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or any people-facing experience welcome
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Energetic, professional, and reliable
• Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• No casino experience required whatsoever

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
• Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
