Job Description

If you have been working a front desk or receptionist role and wondering what is next, this is it.

$17 to $23/hr plus tips (base rate plus guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!)

Your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to manage any room translate directly into this role. We teach you the game. You bring the presence. And from day one of training you are getting paid.

No dealing experience needed. Multiple schedule options including 5 day 40-hour weeks and 4 day 32-hour weeks are available on a consistent basis.

• Host live casino games on camera from our Southfield, MI studio, broadcasted to players worldwide
• Welcome and engage online players with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and run game rounds using trained procedures
• Keep the game moving with confidence and a polished on-camera presence
• Represent the Evolution brand every shift

Shift Options

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• 40-hour (5-day) and 32-hour (4-day) weekly schedules on a consistent basis

Who We Are Looking For

• Current or former receptionist, front desk coordinator, administrative assistant, or office professional
• Polished communicator with a warm, professional presence on camera
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
• Comfortable in a structured, procedure-driven environment
• No casino or gaming experience required at all

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
• Must complete pre-employment background check
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• 1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
• Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
