This position supports the accounting department and will include responsibilities associated with the financial close process and review of financial controls.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial month-end close process.
  • Assist with reviewing lease database and preparing data for system migrations
  • Test invoices for proper revenue recognition timing and documentation
  • Prepare journal entries associated with the closing process.
  • Review financial controls associated with Revenue Recognition testing.
  • Prepare reconciliations during month end.
  • Implement audit findings into actions of improvement.
  • Other projects and analytics as requested by Management.

Required Education and Experience

  • Working towards a business bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting/data analytics.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to gather, manipulate and analyze large sets of data.
  • Ability to prioritize variety of projects and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
