  • Help track and compile performance reports across email, web and digital initiatives
  • Assist with maintaining accurate information across digital platforms and online listings, including Google Business Profiles and third‑party directories
  • Stay informed on digital sales and marketing trends, tools and best practices and contribute ideas to improve engagement and effectiveness
  • Gather and organize marketing assets, including photos, videos, graphics, etc.
  • Assist with video editing and content preparation as needed
  • Support overall Marketing Team operations with ordering, vendor coordination, invoicing and other day-to-day operational tasks

What You’ll Bring

  • A general understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, websites, CMS platforms and digital content publishing
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and basic analytics or reporting concepts

  • Comfort working within marketing platforms and learning new tools and systems
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Education & Experience
