Growing national auto auction company is seeking a Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer! Full time, training provided, & immediate hire!

Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer 

  • Complete accurate condition reports and post-sale inspections while meeting client and auction standards. 
  • Inspect vehicles cosmetically and mechanically, including frame and flood checks. 
  • Record mileage, options, damages, photos, and mechanical status accurately in the system. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality and compliance standards. 
  • Assist with PSI, arbitration, registration, and sale day operations as needed. 
  • Ensure vehicle information, trim codes, auction tags, and tablet syncing are properly managed. 
  • Complete 20–30 condition reports daily (excluding sale days). 
  • Communicate operational issues promptly and work effectively both independently and within a team. 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer and light mechanical experience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
  • Highly customer service orientated
  • Computer proficient 
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Need to pass pre-employment screening
