The Human Resources (HR) Intern supports the HR team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role provides exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR support. The position is designed for students seeking to gain practical experience in a professional office environment.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and projects 
• Help prepare new hire onboarding materials and assist with orientation activities 
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct questions appropriately 
• Assist with data entry and updates in HR systems or spreadsheets 
• Support HR team with special projects, reporting, and audits as needed 
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events 
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications/Training: 

• Currently enrolled in high school or college (interest in HR, business, or related field preferred but not required)
