Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to gain hands-on experience in a hospital setting, supporting both administrative and patient service functions. The intern will assist with daily operations, collaborate with staff across departments, and observe healthcare workflows to better understand patient care processes. This role is ideal for students interested in exploring careers in healthcare while developing professional and communication skills. Responsibilities:

Serves as a key point of contact by courteously answering and routing incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and directing inquiries as needed. Supports administrative operations by entering data into databases, maintaining organized filing systems for medical records, bills, and invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation. Performs interdepartmental errands and provides general support to ensure smooth daily operations.
