Kintegra Health is currently hiring Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) who are passionate about patient care and excited to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. As a key member of our dental care team, you’ll provide essential preventive services, educate patients on oral health, and support overall wellness—especially for those who need it most.

$5,000 sign-on bonus

Perform dental cleanings, oral screenings, fluoride applications, and sealants
Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and overall health
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure high-quality care
Participate in community outreach and patient education efforts
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of North Carolina (required)
CPR certification (required)
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality care
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
