Summary:
Teaches elementary school students spiritual, academic, social, relational, and physical skills in accordance with the policies and philosophy of Christian education of Williston Trinity Christian School by performing the following duties personally.

Spiritual
Profess a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and has made Him both Savior and Lord as represented in Scripture (John 14:1-27; Ephesians 2:8-22) and accepts without reservation the Statement of Faith of Williston Trinity Christian School.
Have a history of faithfully attending a Bible believing church.
Have a verifiable history of living and modeling Christian character in employee's personal and professional life, serving as a Christian role model first to family and friends and then to students, parents, and fellow faculty and staff members in regard to personal judgment, dignity, and Christian living. This is expressed in such passages as Ephesians 5:21-23; Colossians 3:12-17; and, 2 Peter 1:1-10. Individual's life in Christ must continue to be faithfully pursued in and out of the workplace as a condition of continuing in this ministry leadership position.
Willing to submit to the authority of those who have oversight of the school (1 Peter 2: 9-20), and to fully cooperate with these authorities and adhere to the policies adopted by the School Board in both letter and intent.
Strive at all times to understand, appreciate, love, and nurture those entrusted to employee for instruction, supervision, and/or oversight, and must provide for their fullest spiritual, intellectual, physical, and emotional development.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Elementary Education.

Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Educator’s Certificate
